Bohemia Goose is a unique concept that combines a brewery and a restaurant in a harmonious whole. The history of brewing beer in these premises dates back to 1434, when the “right of brewing” was granted to the brewer Vanek Zpěvák. However, this rich tradition fell into oblivion for a long time.
The building acquired its present form in 1902 thanks to the important Prague architect and builder František Bulder. The brewing tradition returned to the site in 1993, when the Novoměstský pivovar was established here. It served beer until 2020.
A new chapter began to be written in 2023 at Vodičkova 20. The premises underwent a complete renovation – the interior and the brewery were rebuilt from the ground up. In a modern brewhouse, fermentation chamber and lager tanks, we brew beer exclusively from Czech ingredients. We offer five types of beer made from quality Žatec hops and Czech malt – honestly, with passion and respect for tradition.
